What it takes to thrive in life.

Health and longevity mean so much more than merely accumulating years. For me they embody living life with utmost clarity, unwavering confidence, and deep connection. This vision of vitality is build on a foundation of eating, physical training, sleep, and simplifying life.

The philosophy

Food as medicine, movement as therapy.

Living with clarity requires daily habits and training.

My daily routine mirrors the essence of Blueprint (a protocol developed by Bryan Johnson), combining physical activity with a mindful approach to diet and recovery, tailored to my personal goals and lifestyle.

Each morning, I start with 30-minute workout routine, filled with squats, pull-ups, dips, and running, which challenges my body and prepares me mentally for the day ahead. Some good cold water plunges and sauna sessions not only invigorates my body but also sharpens my mind, creating a sense of resilience and focus.

At the heart of Blueprint—and my adaptation of it—is a philosophy of minimizing unnecessary decisions, and simplifying my daily routine to better focus on what matters most. This approach has not only improved my physical health but has also offered a clarity and peace of mind.
